How To Apply for Hosting Conferences
- A letter of intent from the Proposed Organizing Secretary of the conference needs to be sent to the Secretary ISAR.
- The proposed organizing secretary should be a life member of ISAR.
- The Bio-data of the organizing secretary must be attached.
- The proposal should be duly recommended and forwarded by the head of institute.
- The proposal will be put up by the Secretary at the next Executive and General Body meeting .These meetings are held at the Annual ISARCON conferences at the conference venue.
- The Proposed Organizing Secretary MUST be present at the GBM ( or send his authorized representative in exceptional situations.)
